Least-Privilege Access – Role-based permissions are enforced and reviewed quarterly.
Data Minimisation & Retention – Only necessary data is collected; deletion or anonymisation occurs at end-of-purpose per retention schedule.
Third-Party Disclosures – External sharing occurs only under written contracts that impose confidentiality, security controls, and lawful transfer mechanisms.
Vendor Due-Diligence – Service providers pass risk-based security and privacy reviews; reassessed annually.
Encryption – Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
Audit Logging – Access and disclosure events are logged and retained ≥12 months.
Compelled Disclosures – Legal demands are reviewed by counsel; scope is limited and, where permitted, data subjects are notified.
